CBW Staffing Solutions Limited in Dartford is seeking Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultants for Facilities Management and Maintenance. You will join a warm, mature desk with autonomy to grow your own client base across FM, Data Centres and Property Services.

No weekends and no Central London commute. Role offers a negotiable base, uncapped commission and a clear path to leadership. Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30, with full 360° responsibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' recruitment experience in FM, Maintenance, Engineering or Property Services.
• Commercial track record in generating and converting leads.
• Confident communicator across phone, video and in person.

Responsibilities

• Own the full 360° recruitment cycle for FM & Maintenance desks.
• Proactively identify, target and onboard new clients.
• Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers and deliver hiring support.
• Source top talent via network, job boards and LinkedIn.
• Ensure right-to-work checks and onboarding paperwork.

Principal / Senior Recruitment Consultant – Facilities Management & Maintenance - Dartford, Crossways Business Park | Salary Negotiable DOE + Uncapped Commission

If you've built your desk in FM & Maintenance desk, Data Centres or Property Services, this is your opportunity to inherit a warm, mature desk with serious earning potential – and the genuine autonomy to grow your own client base.

Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30

The Role

You'll own the full 360° recruitment cycle across FM & Maintenance Blue collar desk, Both Permanent and Temporary desks available.

• Business Development – proactively identify, target and onboard new clients
• Client Management – build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and deliver consultative hiring support
• Candidate Sourcing – leverage your network, job boards, LinkedIn and our CRM to secure top technical and non-technical talent
• Compliance & Onboarding – ensure right-to-work checks, trade certifications, references and all paperwork are handled correctly
• Job Advertising – craft compelling adverts that attract the right candidates at the right level
• Offer Management – present offers, manage candidate and client expectations, and close professionally

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years' recruitment experience, ideally within FM, Maintenance, Engineering, Construction, Technical Trades, Data Centres or Property Services
• Commercially minded with a strong, demonstrable track record of generating and converting leads
• Confident communicator across phone, video and face-to-face
• Resilient, self-motivated and consistently target-driven
• Well-organised, with the ability to manage your own desk and workload independently
• Able to commute daily to our Dartford office at Crossways Business Park
• Degree in any discipline (preferred but not essential)
