Reed in Liverpool is seeking a hands-on Senior Resource Planning & Performance Manager to lead resource planning for a major transformation. The role blends strategic oversight with practical tooling build, using Azure DevOps and/or Microsoft Planner to create demand, capacity, usage and delivery reporting.

You will partner with Finance, Programme Management and Delivery teams to automate portfolio reporting, establish consistent planning practices, and train teams to use the new tooling

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on resource planning and capacity management experience.
• Experience building tooling, processes and reporting for demand, capacity and delivery priorities.
