Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Talent Resource Manager to oversee capacity planning, staffing decisions, and demand forecasting for UK/I and EMEA portfolios. You will work with regional leaders to align hiring plans with forecast demand and optimize consultant allocation across projects.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and fluency in English. Experience with TalentFinder, Power BI, Salesforce and MS Office is beneficial for delivering insightful workforce

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or closely related field.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills.
• Fluent English; ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own capacity planning and demand forecasting for assigned portfolios.
• Lead end-to-end staffing decisions across UK/I and broad EMEA People business.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align hiring plans with forecast demand.
• Deliver portfolio workforce analytics, insights, and regular updates to leadership.
• Partner with Opportunity Leaders to shape workforce requirements for priority opportunities.
