Job summary

PAGeoContracting Ltd is seeking an operationally focused Resource Manager to coordinate installers, materials and machinery for up to 8–10 projects weekly from our Corby office. You will liaise with site managers, clients and internal staff to ensure projects run to programme and budget, and you will work with procurement to secure timely material lead times for UK sites.

Role is full-time (40 hours); core hours 8am–4pm with flexibility for early starts and on-call periods.

Qualifications

• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good logistical management skills.
• Full Driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installers, materials and machinery for multiple projects.
• Liaise with external site managers, clients and internal staff to keep projects on programme and within estimates.
• Understand material lead times with procurement to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Coordinate teams across construction sites UK-wide.

Job description

We are looking for an Operational focused resource Manager who will be working within our busy operations department allocating installers, materials and machinery, for up to 8-10 projects a week, pulling from our pool of 40-50 active projects at any one time.

Communicating with external site managers, clients and internal staff to ensure all projects run to programme and estimate.

Liaising with our procurement director understanding material lead times and ensuring he has full information on scheduling to ensure materials are available when required.

You would be working from our office in Corby co-ordinating the team who are working on construction sites across the whole of the UK.

It’s a varied and rewarding role requiring a reliable and committed person with a positive attitude.

Role is full time- 40 hours per week. Core office hours 8am-4pm, flexibility is required as you may need to be available on the phone from 7-7.30am when sites open and you are working with an installation team who can be on the road from 5am onwards. Calls may also be received between 4-5pm when sites are allocating work for the following day.
