Job summary

O G B (One Green Bean), part of Havas Group, is hiring a Resource Manager in London. The role ensures the agency's creative, social, design and strategy teams are effectively deployed to deliver client work and maximise utilisation and profitability.

You will oversee short- and long-term resource planning, identify capability gaps, forecast future needs, and create an agile resourcing model that supports commercial performance and employee experience, aligning people with the right projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Traffic Manager, Resource Manager, or in a similar role in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Pronto, Float would be advantageous.
• AI fluency and champion.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.

Responsibilities

• Resource Planning & Allocation: Own the agency-wide resource management process across Creative, Social, Design and Strategy teams.
• Capacity Forecasting & Workforce Planning: Develop short, medium and long-term agency resource forecasts.
• Commercial Performance: Track utilisation, recoverability and resource efficiency metrics alongside Finance.
• Freelance & External Talent Management: Source freelance support when capacity demands exceed internal capability.
• Team Wellbeing & Performance: Monitor capacity to minimise burnout and support leave planning and wellbeing initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of resource management practices.

The Resource Manager will oversee short and long-term resource planning, identify capability gaps, forecast future needs, and create an agile and scalable resourcing model that supports both commercial performance and outstanding employee experience; ensuring the right people are working on the right projects at the right time. **Responsibilities** **Resource Planning & Allocation**Own the agency-wide resource management process across Creative, Social, Design and Strategy teams.Identify potential resource constraints and proactively work to resolve them.Manage day-to-day scheduling and workload distribution.
