We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Resource Manager to join our Reablement Service within Care4CE, Cheshire East Council Provider Services.

As a key leader within the service, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Cheshire East Council's Prevent, Reduce, Enable (PRE) Programme, helping people to remain independent for longer, reducing reliance on long-term services and enabling individuals to achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.

Working collaboratively with Adult Social Care, NHS partners and wider stakeholders, you will help shape and deliver innovative, integrated models of support that improve outcomes for residents while ensuring services remain responsive, sustainable and person‑centred.
As Resource Manager, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership across a dispersed workforce, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and high‑quality Reablement services. You will lead teams across multiple locations, driving performance, quality, workforce development and continuous improvement.
A key aspect of the role will be supporting the development and delivery of integrated working arrangements with health partners, contributing to seamless pathways that support people to regain and maintain their independence.
You will be responsible for analysing and interpreting service performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, supporting service planning and ensuring resources are effectively deployed to meet demand. Through your leadership, you will champion the PRE principles, embedding strengths‑based, outcome‑focused practice throughout the service.
You will be an experienced leader with a strong background in health, social care or a related field, and a proven ability to manage services at both an operational and strategic level.

The successful candidate will be based across Macclesfield and Middlewich, although there may be occasions when you are required to work in other areas of Cheshire East.
