Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Resource Coordinator in Manchester to drive efficient resource planning and third-party resourcing for our Erection & Commissioning team. The role combines stakeholder liaison, tool expertise, and hands-on coordination for current and future projects.

The position supports a hybrid work model at our Manchester office and requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple site requests with flexibility and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple site requests in a technical or operational environment.
• Flexible with working hours and able to adapt to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand for EC resources by assigning suitable individuals to meet project requirements.
• Communicate resource requests and assignments clearly to stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
• Become proficient in the resourcing tool and act as EC expert.
• Create job profiles, work orders and timesheets in Fieldglass, and produce weekly reports for Third-Party Workers.
• Act as the single point of contact for third-party resourcing and monitor training/experience.
