Job summary

NatWest Group is seeking a Resilience & Continuity Services Manager for Commercial & Institutional to lead the Incident Management Framework for NatWest Markets. You will coordinate response, drive post-incident enhancements and ensure senior stakeholders are engaged during time-critical events.

You'll build relationships across business and technology, apply resilience principles, and oversee exercises and playbooks to maintain robust incident readiness and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience with incident management in financial services or similar regulated environment.
• Understanding of operational resilience disciplines and regulatory expectations.
• Familiarity with markets trading environments and wholesale banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Represent incident management governance before, during and after incidents.
• Coordinate effective incident response and post-incident enhancement delivery.
• Engage in policy governance forums and disseminate communications on incident plans and lessons learned.
• Apply resilience principles and best practice processes to ensure timely responses.
• Support regular incident management exercises and testing; track post-incident actions to closure.
