You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align senior stakeholders, and ensure preparedness through robust continuity planning and testing.

The role emphasizes building expertise in risk methodologies, governance, and cross-unit collaboration to protect client services and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing Operational Resilience in large, complex organizations.
• Deep expertise in building management information systems and meaningful KPIs that drive action.
• Solid grasp of wealth management operations—from settlements and advice through to portfolio and client service.
• Ability to lead effectively both directly and across matrix relationships, with high standards throughout.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and external parties; relationship-building comes naturally.
• Strong foundation in risk methodologies and business process understanding.

Responsibilities

• Bridge COO, Risk, and Front Office to ensure alignment and coordinated action.
• Oversee Incident Management structure and coordinate response teams during issues.
• Maintain Business Continuity plans, Impact Assessments, and regular testing across the business.
• Provide internal and external expertise on Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Incident Management.
