Job Description:

Lutine Bell is supporting a growing Pensions & Investments firm based in London, which is looking to appoint a senior leader in the 2LoD Risk function to oversee Operational Resilience, Third Party Risk Management & Change Risk.

This position will be part of the broader risk function and will be crucial in ensuring oversight of operational resilience activities, third-party management, and providing challenge on large-scale change projects. You will design and implement an Oversight Framework focusing on Change, Operational Resilience, and Third-Party Outsourcers within the current ERM and Non-Financial Risk framework.

To succeed, you should have experience across these three areas, with 2LoD experience. Strong communication skills are essential to articulate project governance, develop solutions, and collaborate closely with the first line.
