Job Description:

Lutine Bell is supporting a growing Pensions & Investments firm based in London, which is looking to appoint a senior leader in the 2LoD Risk function. The role involves providing oversight across Operational Resilience, Third Party Risk Management, and Change Risk.

This position will be instrumental in ensuring the business has oversight of ongoing operational resilience activities, third-party relationships, and will challenge large-scale change projects. You will design and implement an Oversight Framework focusing on Change, Operational Resilience, and Third-Party Outsourcers within the current ERM and Non-Financial Risk framework.

To succeed, you should have experience in these three areas, with 2LoD experience. Strong communication skills are essential to articulate project governance, develop solutions, and collaborate closely with the 1st line.
