Job Description:

Lutine Bell is supporting a growing Pensions & Investments firm based in London, which is looking to appoint a senior leader in the 2LoD Risk function to oversee Operational Resilience, Third Party Risk Management, and Change Risk.

This position will be part of the broader risk function and will be crucial in overseeing ongoing operational resilience activities, third-party relationships, and providing challenge on large-scale change projects. You will design and implement an Oversight Framework focused on Change, Operational Resilience, and Outsourcing, integrated within the existing ERM and Non-Financial Risk framework.

To succeed, you should have experience across these three areas, with 2LoD expertise. Strong communication skills are essential, enabling you to articulate project governance, develop solutions, and collaborate closely with the first line.
