Homes2Inspire is seeking a Youth Support Worker to join our residential team in Newark, delivering trauma-informed care and supportive environments for vulnerable young people. You’ll work on a shift rota, including weekends and bank holidays, with a clear progression pathway within Shaw Trust Group and a structured pay scale reflecting experience and qualifications.

Starting salary £29,767 per annum with progression to £30,659 after 12 months and to £31,579 with QCF Level 3, plus sleep-in

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable people in a workplace or professional capacity.
• GCSE level or equivalent.
• QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to complete.
• Availability to work on a shift rota including weekends and bank holidays.
• A full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilités

• Provide nurturing and supportive environments for vulnerable young people in residential homes.
• Work directly with young people in our care and support safeguarding and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with the care team to provide stability and guidance.
