Homes2Inspire is seeking Residential Youth Support Workers to support young people who have experienced trauma at Layton House in Mansfield. You will work in a rotating shift pattern, including sleep-ins, providing daily routines, emotional support, and a safe home environment.

No prior care experience required; full training and funded Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare offered. This role offers structured career progression and generous leave, meals on shifts, and wellbeing support.
