Shaw Trust is seeking a Residential Youth Support Worker to join our Homes team in Chesterfield. You will support daily routines, promote education and life skills, and act as a trusted role model.

Starting Band 1 salary £29,767 per year (with sleep‑in payments and potential increases to Band 2/3 as you progress). We offer full training, funded Level 3 Diploma, 3 weeks induction, and clear career progression in residential childcare.

Qualifications
