Homes2Inspire is seeking a Residential Youth Support Worker in Nottinghamshire to provide stability and mentorship for young people who have experienced trauma. • Must have a compassionate, resilient mindset and be able to remain calm under pressure.
• Full training provided, including a funded Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification.
• Experience in care is not essential; attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
