Charles Hunter Associates is recruiting a Therapeutic Care Worker for a 4-bed residential children's home in the UK. The role offers full training, ongoing development and a pathway for career progression. Starting salary is £27,976 per year with additional £60 sleep-in shifts.

Flexibility for long shifts, weekends, and bank holidays is required, and a driving licence is essential. You will support children with emotional, physical and developmental needs, build trust, model positive behaviours

Qualifications

• Driver's licence required.
• Experience supporting young people in care or trauma-informed settings preferred.
• Ability to be patient, resilient, and caring in challenging situations.
