Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs or behaviours that challenge.
• Experience within SEN schools, youth work, community services, semi-independent services, care leavers, youth justice or children's homes.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Perform shift work including weekends and overnight sleep-ins to provide consistent care.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to support young people effectively.
