Charles Hunter Associates Ltd is recruiting for a Therapeutic Support Worker to provide consistent care and support to young people. The role involves shift work, weekends and overnight sleep-ins as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs or behaviours that challenge.
• Experience within SEN schools, youth work, community services, semi-independent services, care leavers, youth justice or children's homes.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and overnight stays.
• Driving licence and vehicle - essential.

Responsibilities
