Job summary

ARC Group is recruiting a Technical Coordinator for our Cambridge residential development projects. You will coordinate technical design packages, monitor buildability and ensure design information is compliant and build-ready throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Construction and Sales teams, as well as external consultants and statutory bodies to keep programmes on track, resolve technical issues, and support handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in construction or engineering.
• Experience coordinating design teams or technical packages.
• Residential construction/development experience.
• Understanding of buildability and planning compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical design packages and monitor progress.
• Chair design team meetings and record actions.
• Liaise with Commercial, Construction, Sales and external parties.
• Review drawings for buildability, planning readiness.
• Support planning approvals and discharge of conditions.
• Assist with technical handover documentation.
