Job summary

Construction Resources Limited, a leading UK housebuilder in the West Midlands, seeks a Technical Co-ordinator to join its established Technical team. You will coordinate the technical design process across residential developments, ensuring drawings, approvals and technical information are delivered on programme.

You’ll work with architects, engineers and external consultants, manage drawings through Construction Issue, handle Building Regulations and NHBC submissions, and collaborate with

Qualifications

Experience in residential development, housebuilding or technical consultancy.
Good understanding of the residential construction process.
Organised, commercially aware with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the technical design process across residential developments.
Manage technical drawings and production information through to Construction Issue.
Drive consultant information against design programmes.
Manage Building Regulations and NHBC submissions to approval.
Coordinate discharge of planning and building control conditions.
Liaise with Commercial, Construction, Land and Sales teams.
Monitor professional fees and support cost control.
Attend technical, design, progression and site meetings.
Respond to site queries and resolve technical issues.
