Job summary

Strata Construction Consulting UK Ltd seeks an experienced Technical Coordinator to join its Birmingham-based team. You will manage and coordinate technical design across multiple residential projects, ensuring designs are practical, compliant, and delivered on programme.

You will work with architects, engineers and M&E designers, review drawings, and drive buildability from planning through to construction, with a focus on high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Technical Coordinator or similar role within residential development or housebuilding.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
• Good knowledge of UK planning and approval processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to play a key role in the delivery of residential developments, coordinating technical design and ensuring projects progress smoothly from planning through to construction.

Role
