Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Residential Team Leader for The Martlets, an 80-bed nursing home in East Preston, West Sussex. You will lead a dedicated care team, ensuring person-centred care and high standards across shifts, including night duties on a 4-week rota.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent) is required or in progress.
• Experience with older people in residential care is preferred.
• Strong people leadership and shift-management skills.
