Job summary

Bimplus is recruiting two Residential Surveyors in Hertford to perform HomeBuyer Surveys and Red Book valuations. The role involves building surveys as experienced, with reports produced digitally and delivered to clients. You will manage your diary with admin support and travel within your area.

Ideal candidates hold AssocRICS/MRICS, are eligible for RICS Registered Valuer, and communicate clearly with clients. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

• Experience with HomeBuyer Reports and Red Book valuations
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Digitally confident and open to using new platforms
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within your area

Responsibilities

• Undertake RICS HomeBuyer Surveys and Red Book residential valuations
• Carry out Level 3 Building Surveys (depending on experience)
• Produce clear, accurate, and professional reports using our digital platforms
• Manage your own diary with support from our in-house admin team
• Provide jargon-free advice and aftercare to clients

Hertford – One day in office, home based and travelling to London and surrounding areas

Salary to £60,000 DOE plus car, bonus and private health

We are now recruiting for two additional surveyors to join our talented team. As one of our Residential Surveyors, you will undertake RICS HomeBuyer Surveys and Red Book residential valuations. You will also carry out Level 3 Building Surveys (depending on experience) and produce clear, accurate, and professional reports using our digital platforms. You will manage your own diary with support from our in-house admin team and provide helpful, jargon-free advice and aftercare to clients.
