Job summary

GCB Agency Recruitment is supporting a well-established surveying practice in finding a Residential Surveyor for a South West Hertfordshire office. The role is office-based with flexible hours and options for full-time or part-time work.

The successful candidate will carry out Level 2 reports, progress to Level 3 surveys with training, and may perform valuations. You must hold AssocRICS or higher and have a valid UK driving license.

Our clients, a well-established surveying practice, are looking for a residential surveyor to join their team in a dynamic office, based in South West Hertfordshire.

Working hours:

• Full-time (Monday-Friday), can consider Part-time (min 3-day week)
• Flexible (Control of your own dairy)
• Office-Based

Our client is offering the successfulResidential Surveyor:

• Basic salary between £36,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
• Between 10-14% on personal net billings
• Option of commission-only salary, earning 36% on personal billings (MRICS)
• Car Allowance and Mileage
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays + 3 days over Christmas Period
• Contributions toward RICS costs’ (i.e. memberships, CPD courses and exams)
• Can progress to the director level, receiving further benefits
• Annual Salary Reviews

Residential Surveyor requirements:

• AssocRICS or higher
• UK driving license
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
