Job summary

Additional Resources Ltd, a London-based independent, RICS-regulated surveying firm, seeks a Residential Surveyor to deliver RICS Home Surveys across London and the Home Counties. You will manage your own appointments and produce professional property reports.

The role offers a 60% fee split with flexible working, opportunities to build your own client base, and long-term progression within a growing surveying operation.

Qualifications

• Approx 2 years' direct experience carrying out RICS Home Surveys.
• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification.
• Strong understanding of residential property and local property markets.
• Good report-writing and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and organise your own workload and appointments.

An opportunity has arisen for Residential Surveyor to join an independent, RICS-regulated surveying firm providing professional property surveying and valuation services across London and the Home Counties.

As a Residential Surveyor, you will carry out RICS Home Surveys, manage your own appointments and deliver professional property reports to clients.

This role offers a 60% fee split and flexible working.

What we are looking for:

• Approx 2 years' direct experience carrying out RICS Home Surveys.


• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification.
