Job summary

Qualifications

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified.
• RICS Registered Valuer (or eligible)
• Strong experience in residential valuation.
• Solid technical knowledge of construction, pathology, and risk management.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ambition to develop into senior or leadership responsibilities.
• A commitment to mentoring, sharing best practice, and contributing to the success of the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out lender and private valuations and Level 2 surveys.
• Deliver high-quality, risk-aware reporting in a regulated environment.
