Cambian is seeking a Residential Support Worker in the Manchester region to help support young people aged 8–18. You will be part of a team in a purpose-built home, fostering safety, trust and positive routines.

Role involves assisting with daily activities, school prep, meals and activity planning, while maintaining records and building meaningful relationships. DBS checks and a commitment to safeguarding are required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; passion and commitment welcomed, training provided.
• Must pass enhanced DBS check and provide references covering past two years.

Responsibilities

• Support young people with daily routines and activities.
• Help get children ready for school and plan meals.
• Create a warm, homely environment with light housekeeping.
