Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience or qualification in Residential Childcare is required or preferred.
• Ability to build trust with young people aged 8–18.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Support young people with daily routines and getting ready for school.
• Prepare meals, assist with activities and outings.
• Create a warm, homely environment and assist with light housekeeping.
• Build strong relationships and provide emotional support.
• Keep essential records for care planning.
