Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker to help young people in our Children's Homes with daily routines, education support and meaningful activities. You will contribute to safe, nurturing environments and work towards positive outcomes for children with SEMH needs.

You’ll start with Care Academy training and a progression path within WG, with benefits including a generous holiday allowance, wellbeing support, and meals on site.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and team spirit
• Honesty and empathy are essential
• Resilience to handle challenging situations
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent); If not, WG will fund study

Responsibilities
