The Witherslack Group is hiring a Residential Support Worker to support children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs across our homes in the UK. You will help them with daily routines, schooling support, and enjoyable activities designed to foster growth and confidence.

Training starts with a 4-week Care Academy induction, and the role offers a base salary with bonuses for attendance and sleep-ins, plus generous holiday and progression opportunities in a supportive

Formación

• No prior experience required.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if not held.

Responsabilidades

• Help young people get ready for school and assist with homework.
• Complete necessary paperwork and plan engaging activities.
• Make evenings and weekends fun with games, movie days, or outings like go-karting.
