We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Male Support Worker to join our team. Due to the specific needs of our service, male support workers are preferred to best support our young people.
Cambian Pengwern College provides 52-week placements for students aged 16–25 with Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs, including challenging behaviours. Our goal is to help them gain vital life skills, qualifications, and confidence to move towards independence. Our college is committed to expanding its support to a broader range of young people and adults as part of its ongoing development.
This role is unique within the care industry. As a vital member of our dedicated team, you will be assigned to specific children, playing a crucial role in helping them learn and develop life skills.
