We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker, you'll help people gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Our supported living service in Crewe offers a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be enhancing lives by teaching new skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socialising, and engaging in various activities. One day you might be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs; the next, relaxing with them by playing video games, watching films, or going to the cinema.
This role is ideal for someone eager to make a real difference and help individuals grow in confidence and independence, whether it's making dinner alone or going on holiday.
We value the right experience and values. Candidates should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible, and composed, have experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice, and experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including those with challenging behaviours, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, or trauma.
