Job Title: Male Support Worker - experienced. Must have a Full UK License

Location: Warrington

Salary: £11.54 per hour

Hours: 1x 35hrs - Days

Aspirations is looking for a male full-time staff member who is passionate and motivated to help individuals follow their dreams, live independently, and achieve their goals. Our PWS particularly loves architecture and historical buildings, and is seeking a support worker who shares similar interests to assist them daily.

The Role

You will be providing support for people with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and autism. Your typical day will include:

  • Helping with daily challenges such as dressing, washing, and cooking.
  • Participating in activities, hobbies, trips to the cinema, or holidays.
  • Encouraging independence within their own home and community.
  • Administering medication as required.
  • Completing daily care plans.
  • Ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met, protecting adults' rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.
