Job summary

Capital Recruitment Group is recruiting compassionate, reliable Female Support Workers to join our Liverpool team. You will deliver high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, supporting daily routines with dignity and independence.

Full-time shifts across Liverpool and surrounding areas, with pay of £13.00 to £19.50 per hour, depending on client, shift, and location. Must have right to work in the UK and DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK with no working hour restrictions.
• Minimum 6 months’ UK experience working within healthcare or residential support settings.
• Experience across a variety of care environments is desirable.
• Flexibility to travel to services across Liverpool and surrounding areas.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (can be applied for during registration if required).
• Must be available for full-time hours and flexible shifts.

We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable and experienced Female Support Workers to join our team in Liverpool. We have an urgent requirement for full-time staff, therefore this position is full-time only and is not open to part-time applicants.

As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex care needs, and mental health conditions. You will use your experience and professionalism to support service users with their daily routines while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
