Capital Recruitment Group is recruiting compassionate, reliable Female Support Workers for full-time roles in Southport. You will provide personal care, companionship and support access to community services across Southport and surroundings, with flexible shift patterns.

Eligibility includes valid Right to Work in the UK and 6+ months’ care experience. DBS check and flexibility to travel are desirable.

Formación

• Must have the Right to Work in the UK with no working hour restrictions.
• Minimum 6 months’ UK experience in healthcare or residential care settings.
• Willingness to travel to services across Southport and surrounding areas.

We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable and experienced Female Support Workers to join our team in Southport. We have an urgent requirement for full-time staff, therefore this position is full-time only and is not open to part-time applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting service users with day-to-day activities and encouraging independence
• Assisting with eating and drinking
• Meal preparation and planning
• Providing personal care
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Supporting access to the community and appointments where required

Requirements

• Must have the Right to Work in the UK with no working hour restrictions
• Minimum 6 months’ UK experience working within healthcare or residential support settings
• Experience working across a variety of care environments is desirable
• Flexibility to travel to services across Southport and surrounding areas
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (can be applied for during registration if required)
• Must be available for full-time hours and flexible shifts

Pay Rate

£13.00 – £19.50 per hour (depending on client, shift, and location)
