Job summary

Capital Recruitment Group is seeking compassionate Residential Support Workers for Liverpool. The role involves delivering high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex care needs, and mental health conditions in residential settings.

You will support daily routines, promote independence and wellbeing, and travel to services across Liverpool. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility and a DBS check in place or applied for.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK experience in healthcare or residential support.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or applied for during registration).
• Must have Right to Work in the UK with no working hour restrictions.
• Must be available for full-time hours and flexible shifts.
• Flexibility to travel to services across Liverpool and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Supporting service users with day-to-day activities and encouraging independence.
• Assisting with eating and drinking, meal preparation and planning.
• Providing personal care and companionship.
• Supporting access to the community and appointments as required.
• Maintaining a safe and supportive residential environment.
• Following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures.
