Job summary

Esmond Street, part of Enable Glasgow, is seeking a Service Manager to lead a 24/7 supported living service in Glasgow for adults with learning disabilities. The role focuses on developing staff, strengthening family and professional partnerships and ensuring person-centred, high-quality support in line with Enable Glasgow’s values.

Qualifications

Significant leadership or supervisory experience in health or social care.
Excellent written and oral communication; budget handling abilities.
Active PVG Scheme membership or eligibility.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary staff team across settings.
Coordinate service delivery ensuring Care Inspectorate standards compliance and internal policies.
Drive safeguarding, risk management and continuous quality improvement.
Oversee budgets, commissioning of care packages and resource allocation.
Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and commissioners.
