Job summary

SCR is seeking experienced Residential Support Workers for flexible agency shifts across residential care settings in the UK. You will support vulnerable children and young people, including those with trauma, autism, and behavioural needs, delivering day-to-day care and consistent support.

Responsibilities include building trust, aiding daily routines, engaging in activities, and following care plans. Flexibility to work long days, weekends, and sleep-ins is essential to meet service needs.

• Calm and emotionally resilient
• Experience working with children or young people in care settings an asset
• Reliable and professional approach to shift work
• Ability to adapt to different care environments and settings
• Willingness to work flexible hours including long days, weekends and sleep-ins
