Responsibilities

• Safeguard young adults at all times with staff team.
• Lead a range of recreational activities in home and community.
• Assist with practical tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with young adults.
• Meet physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs.
• Maintain accurate, clear record keeping.
• Monitor changes to needs and review records accordingly.
• Contribute to team development and continuous improvement.
