Qualifications

• Experience in care settings preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard young adults at all times as part of staff team.
• Participate in recreational events within the home and wider community.
• Assist with practical tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Create positive relationships with young adults, maintaining dignity and respect.
• Meet physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young adults.
• Keep accurate and clear records and review changes to needs.
• Contribute to team development and continuous improvement.
