Job summary

Resicare Alliance Ltd is seeking a Residential Support Worker to provide person-centred care to adults in our residential service in the UK. You will support independence, daily living skills and wellbeing, following care plans and working as part of a team.

We welcome applicants with or without prior adult social care experience who share our values of dignity, respect and safeguarding. The role requires flexibility, DBS clearance, and commitment to ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards the Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care within an agreed timeframe.
• Enhanced DBS check suitable for working with vulnerable adults.
• Genuine motivation to support adults and make a positive difference.
• Ability to build appropriate relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Emotional resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including shifts, weekends and sleep-ins.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing.

• Full UK driving licence
