Job summary

RESICARE ALLIANCE is hiring a Residential Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting children with complex needs. The role runs 40 hours per week at £13.50 per hour, offering opportunities to grow through keyworking, mentoring, and leading shifts.

You will build trusting relationships, follow care plans, maintain records, and collaborate with social workers and families. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or progress toward it is encouraged.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues, and leading shifts when required
• Engaging respectfully with families, social workers and other professionals
• Working towards your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (if not already achieved)

About the Role of Residential Support Worker

As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be part of a dedicated team supporting children with a range of complex needs to build resilience, form positive relationships, and reach their full potential. Every shift is a chance to offer stability, encouragement, and positive role modelling.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, paying £13.50 per hour. Being a Residential Support Worker a rewarding but responsible role, and we welcome applications from experienced practitioners as well as those new to residential childcare who can demonstrate the right values and potential.
