RESICARE ALLIANCE is hiring a Residential Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting children with complex needs. The role runs 40 hours per week at £13.50 per hour, offering opportunities to grow through keyworking, mentoring, and leading shifts.
You will build trusting relationships, follow care plans, maintain records, and collaborate with social workers and families. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or progress toward it is encouraged.
