Job summary

Resicare Alliance Ltd is seeking a Residential Support Worker to provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care to adults in our residential service. You'll help maintain independence, develop daily living skills, and support wellbeing.

As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be part of a dedicated team supporting individuals with a range of needs to maintain their independence, develop daily living skills, and live fulfilling lives. Every interaction is a chance to promote dignity, encourage choice, and provide reassurance through consistent, respectful support.

What You'll Be Doing as a Residential Support Worker, Adults

Desirable:

• Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience working within a regulated care environment
• Understanding of safeguarding adults, the Mental Capacity Act, and DoLS
• Full UK driving licence
