Resicare Alliance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to aid children with complex needs. You will provide stability, build relationships, and help develop life skills within a supportive team.
The role offers full‑time hours, shifts including weekends and sleep-ins, and a clear pathway to Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare for eligible staff. DBS checks and safeguarding commitment are essential.
As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be part of a dedicated team supporting children with a range of complex needs to build resilience, form positive relationships, and reach their full potential. Every shift is a chance to offer stability, encouragement, and positive role modelling.
This is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week, paying £13.50 per hour. Being a Residential Support Worker a rewarding but responsible role, and we welcome applications from experienced practitioners as well as those new to residential childcare who can demonstrate the right values and potential.
