About the Role of Residential Support Worker

As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be part of a dedicated team supporting children with a range of complex needs to build resilience, form positive relationships, and reach their full potential. Every shift is a chance to offer stability, encouragement, and positive role modelling.

This is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week, paying £13.50 per hour. Being a Residential Support Worker a rewarding but responsible role, and we welcome applications from experienced practitioners as well as those new to residential childcare who can demonstrate the right values and potential. There are genuine opportunities to grow within the role, including key working, mentoring colleagues, and leading shifts.
