You’ll work 40 hours per week on a 1 on 2 off basis with potential sleep-ins. Full training is provided and there are clear development paths within a supportive team.

Our home is a 3 bedded home, we are registered for LD and behavioural young people. We strive for positive outcomes for our young people and we have a nurturing home. The staff team are proud and supportive of all the young people who reside here.
The staff team are consistent and work together to ensure positive outcomes for the young people. Staff have good morals and respect for each other and the young people and consider others views. We are a welcoming staff team and it is important that all staff members feel comfortable when working in the home.
