Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd in Derby is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join a specialist children’s residential service. You will provide day-to-day care, emotional support and therapeutic guidance to children and young people, helping them build confidence and life skills in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will work closely with the wider team to understand each child’s needs and provide consistent, compassionate support.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in residential childcare with complex needs/learning disability.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or working towards.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; no visa sponsorship available.

Company cars are provided for use, candidates must have a full UK driving licence.

About You:

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in residential childcare with complex needs/learning disability
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or working towards
• Passion for nurturing the potential of young people
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work required; no visa sponsorship available.
