Edison Young People is seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker – EBD in the Crewe/Nantwich area. You will join a small, close-knit team to support children who’ve faced trauma, providing stability, routines and compassionate care. Training and qualifications will be funded to help you grow.
You’ll work shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. A full UK driving licence is required, and you’ll be supported with ongoing development and a recognised Level 4 Diploma in

Salary: £31,329 - £36,209 (DOE + sleep-ins + qualifications)
Job Type: Full-time | Shifts incl. evenings, weekends & sleep-ins
