Job summary

Lavoro Care is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker in the United Kingdom to support children and young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will help create a safe, nurturing environment and support daily routines, education, and activities.

We're looking for Children's Residential Support Workers to support children and young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours. What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 6 months' UK experience working in Children's Residential Care
• Experience supporting children with EBD and challenging behaviour
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
• A caring, resilient, and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins (where required)

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check required (Portable DBS certificates are accepted)
• Right to work in the UK
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
