360 CRS is seeking a Residential Support Practitioner to join our Children’s Services team. You’ll help make a house feel like a home—safe, nurturing, and full of possibility.
You’ll build meaningful relationships, support emotional development, routines, learning, and community involvement, while championing safeguarding. You’ll work a varied rota, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, with a full UK driving licence.
£13.50ph - £14.00ph (DOE) + £50 bonus per sleep-in, dependent on experience
Enhancement rates available for overtime and bank holidays.
